Please email me with any questions, concerns or requests. I would be happy to hear from you! My working hours are Monday - Thursday 9am - 2pm eastern time. I respond to all emails within 48 hours, usually much sooner then that (not including weekends). I am usually available at other times during the day and weekend.

I make every effort to offer quality items and deliver them in a timely manner. Please know all items are handmade and slight variations are to be expected. Please note, I am a WAHM Shop (Work-At-Home-Mom) and attending to my family comes first. I will keep all my customers updated if I am unable to meet any shipping dates.

Payments

All payments must be made with 24 hours or the item(s) will be returned to stock without notification. I accept RME, Paypal and checks received within 10 days of purchase.

Shipping

All in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours of confirmed payment Monday thru Friday only. Custom orders are shipped within 10 working days unless otherwise noted or discussed. Almost all items include delivery confirmation free of charge. Insurance is highly recommended, as I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Insurance is $1.30 for up to $50.00 and $2.20 for up to $100.00.

	A note about how we ship our products.
I may reuse shipping supplies such as bubble wrap, foam pellets and boxes to save on costs, but more importantly, to recycle! Your products are always new and in new containers and packaging.

Returns/Refunds

I cannot accept returns for any Essential Elemental Bath & Body purchases. I do not accept returns on custom orders.

To discuss a possible return, exchange or store credit for our other items, please email me at afew@mac.com I will only accept a return if the customer has contacted me and has received a return code. I do not refund shipping costs or pay for shipping items to be returned. Refunds are only issued if an item is found to be defective after it has been sent back within 30 days. After 30 days, store credit or exchanges are issued for returns on items that are in new, unwashed and re-sellable condition.

I reserve the right to refuse servise. These policies are stated to protect you, the purchaser and me, the seller.
